Sutton extends long-standing partnership with Croucher Needham for 2023 BTCC

Ashley Sutton will retain the support of leading accountants Croucher Needham this season as he embarks on his pursuit of a record-equalling fourth Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship title.

Continuing with reigning Team Champions NAPA Racing UK, the 29-year-old will remain behind the wheel of the Ford Focus ST that took him to the runners-up spot last year – all with the backing of CNM Advisory.

Co-founded by now Company Director Simon Needham in 2007, Croucher Needham are dynamic and progressive entrepreneurial accountants based across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and London.

Providing a wealth of services including tax, auditing and outsourcing, the company has been aligned with the three-time champion since he graduated to the UK’s premier motorsport series back in 2016.

Since then, the partnership has yielded an abundance of success with the BRDC Member picking up 27 wins, 62 podiums, three Drivers’ championships and titles in both the Independent and Jack Sears Trophy categories.

Ashley Sutton: “I’m delighted to be continuing my partnership with Croucher Needham for what will be an eighth consecutive season; to have been together for that long is a real testament to the relationship we’ve forged.

“They’ve been with me since I started my BTCC career and I’m incredibly thankful for the support that Simon and everyone at Croucher has provided. I’m looking forward to representing them for what will hopefully be another successful year.”

The 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season commences at Donington Park on April 22/23.
